### **Overview**

YOMIRGO is building an on-chain AI Mega Plant. It pioneers a decentralized, privacy-preserving, low-cost AI x RWA digital investment bank and TokenFi model, with AI as the on-chain data interaction layer. It gives AI Agents on-chain identity, reputation, and behavior verification, and runs an on-chain AI services market that connects producers and consumers of compute.

### **How the Pieces Fit**

**AIxRWA — A Core Business**

AIxRWA is YOMIRGO's on-chain AI digital investment bank. It converts real equity of selected pre-IPO AI companies into on-chain RWA through asset verification, legal structuring, and blockchain. This is not early-stage private equity, and it is not already-listed stock.

**AI-Hub — Incubation and Screening (Testing)**

AI-Hub incubates high-potential AI projects and selects promising ventures for the AIxRWA process.

**TokenFi — The Mechanism**

TokenFi enables $YGO holders to share the surge of AI companies.

**YGO Foundation — Ecosystem Investment and Incubation**

The YGO Foundation invests in and incubates AI projects and AI services across the YOMIRGO ecosystem.

**Data & Compute — Infrastructure**

Large order volume and long-term partnerships with compute providers turn AI compute into tradable RWA. Resources are leased in tiers, on demand, to enterprises, AI teams, institutions, and individual developers.

AI-Hub feeds AIxRWA. AIxRWA puts eligible pre-IPO AI equity on-chain. TokenFi connects that growth to $YGO holders.
